How we handle your information

Account access
Staff and customer accounts are protected by email and password sign-in. Access to internal tools (jobs, invoices, customer details) is limited to authenticated staff with an assigned role (admin, manager, or employee).
Role-based permissions
Our backend enforces role-based access on every request. Employees can only see jobs they are assigned to. Customer billing details, invoice records, and inbound customer messages are limited to managers and admins.
What we collect
When you request an estimate or become a customer, we collect the contact details you provide (name, phone, email, service address) and information related to work performed (job notes, photos taken on-site, invoices).
Data in transit and at rest
Our website and customer portal are served over HTTPS. Customer records are stored in a managed cloud database with access controls applied at the row level.
Payments
Online invoice payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers — Stripe handles card data directly. You will see Stripe-hosted pages when paying an invoice online.
Email and SMS
We use email and SMS to send estimates, appointment confirmations, en-route notifications, invoices, and payment receipts. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to a message from us.
Retention and deletion
We keep customer and job records for as long as they are needed to provide service and meet our recordkeeping obligations (for example, tax records). To request a copy of your information or ask us to delete records that are not required for legal reasons, contact us below.
